We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how we handle it.
We collect your email address and name when you sign up. We store the posts you generate and, if you use Voice DNA, writing samples you provide. We store billing information via Stripe — we never see or store your card details directly.
Your data is used solely to provide the Artycl service. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your posts or voice data to train AI models.
Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL), hosted in the EU. Stripe handles all payment data under their own PCI-compliant infrastructure.
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from your account settings. For data export requests or any other privacy questions, contact us at privacy@artycl.app.
We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication (session management). We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
